# Debt maturities and liquidity

> Build a debt maturity and liquidity review from annual reports and debt notes, with amounts, maturities, restrictions and source references in a CSV.

## Example

What debt maturities and available liquidity does Ford disclose in its FY2024 annual report?

**You get:** A CSV of debt and liquidity resources by entity, with amounts, maturities, measurement basis, restrictions and source references.

## Gather the evidence

Read the debt notes and liquidity discussion in the original filing. Separate the automotive business from Ford Credit. Keep contractual principal, accounting carrying values, restricted cash and undrawn facilities distinct; do not assume resources can move freely between entities.

Use [Search](/api-reference/endpoint/search) and [Contents](/guides/content-extraction) if your application already handles the analysis. To generate the brief and CSV together, run the DeepResearch request below.

## Try it

Set `VALYU_API_KEY` in your environment. This is an illustrative request, not a saved result. Replace the company, periods or sources for your own task.

Save the returned `deepresearch_id` and [poll task status](/api-reference/endpoint/deepresearch-status). When `status` is `completed`, read `output` and download the CSV from `deliverables`; handle failed tasks separately.

## Check before using

* Every amount has an entity, date, unit and measurement basis.
* Facility commitments are not mistaken for available cash or double-counted with drawn debt.
* No covenant headroom or refinancing conclusion is inferred from missing terms.

Keep the accepted output and its evidence together in your analyst workspace. See [Research in your application](/guides/research-in-your-application) for integration details.
