# Financial disclosure comparisons

> Extract comparable financial disclosures for two or more companies into a cited brief and CSV, preserving periods, currencies and metric definitions.

The figures come from [Stripe's announcement](https://stripe.com/newsroom/news/stripe-2024-update) and [Adyen's announcement](https://www.adyen.com/press-and-media/adyen-publishes-h2-2024-financial-results).

## Check before using

* Verify each value against the original disclosure, including entity, fiscal year, scale, currency and metric definition.
* Check that the CSV agrees with the report and every source supports its row.
* Distinguish a missing disclosure from a reported zero. Payment volume is neither revenue nor profit.
