A brand kit makes DeepResearch output look like your brand. DeepResearch applies the kit’s logo, colours, fonts and templates to the PDF report, its charts and the PPTX, DOCX and XLSX deliverables. It also reads the kit’s brand guide for tone.
Brand kits are available on the Comfortably Pro, Serious Business and Enterprise plans. A kit adds no charge to a task. Each mode keeps its normal price.

Create a kit

Organisation admins create and edit kits on the Valyu platform. Open Brand kits in the sidebar. Start a kit from one of these:
  • Your website. Valyu finds your logo, colours and fonts. You check them before you create the kit.
  • A Claude design system. Import the .zip export or its folder.
  • Your documents. Upload a PDF brand book or letterhead, or PowerPoint, Word or Excel files. Valyu reads their theme colours, fonts and logos. It also writes a first brand guide and design rules from their text.
  • A name and a colour palette. Add a logo now or later.
Each kit page has these sections: A new kit is not ready until it has files and they finish uploading. DeepResearch applies only a ready kit. The kit page shows a preview of a report in your kit. The kit ID is the last part of the kit page’s URL. Use it in the API.

Use a kit in a task

Send brand_collection_id when you create a task: To set the default kit, open the kit on the platform and select Make default.
brand_collection_id also works on workflow runs. Batches don’t accept it, so batch tasks are not branded.

What happens during a task

DeepResearch reads the kit when it accepts the task. If you edit the kit after that, the task keeps the version it started with. A brand never makes an accepted task fail. If DeepResearch can’t use a file, it uses a standard font, colour or layout and continues. The task’s warnings tell you when it used a fallback. To find problems before you run a task, check the preview on the kit page.

Limits

DeepResearch checks the content of each file, not only its extension.
